Pictures are my great-great grandparents Vi and Fred Desch, whom homesteaded outside of Polson, MT in ~1910. The family sold produce, raised turkeys, and grew blackberries above Flathead Lake. The land has since been returned to the care of the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes.
