New study finds that AI chatbots overgeneralize when summarizing scientific studies:

What made me do a spit-take is that asking them to be accurate—"do not introduce any inaccuracies when summarizing"—actually doubled the overgeneralizations.

Regular cold calling can improve class participation by 40%. But not all cold calling is created equal!

A 2022 study found some cold calls feel more “encouraging & engaging” to students, while others are more “confrontational & intimidating.” ⚔️
