I think I’m going to take an indefinite break from all things social media. after a couple of weeks break, I’ve realised just how much it was affecting me and making me feel rubbish. I think I was comparing myself to others too much and putting too much of my self worth into likes/interactions.

J-Hope is using the affectionate form, 솝이 "sope-i" just like we have Hobi 홉이, Jimini, Seokjini etc. And just like Hope = Hobi, the "p" becomes "b" in pronunciation but not in the spelling.

i'm determined to eat healthier and reduce food waste this year, so i'm taking food prepping and shopping lists so much more seriously. i've been so bad in the past of buying stuff i end up wasting or eating rubbish because i can't be bothered cooking. but this year no more.
