Today is also the 16th birthday of who's the nearest I have of a niece, the daughter of my old friend Vax (he's got magical socks).

Today is also the fourth anniversary of our boy Alex's Type 1 Diabetis discovery. After more than 6K insulins shots in 4 years (he prefers the pen rather than the pumps) he's holding up as much as possible considering he's in his teens (15 y.o.)
