Hi y'all. For anyone crossing paths with me here, I'm a sr. engineering manager at a game studio. I have opinions on most things, but my current primary one is that @littlekittybigcity.bsky.social is one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. I expect this post will age very very well.

We have 2 puppies. They are about 60lbs each now. I didn't want puppies, and I didn't want big dogs, and yet here we are. I adore them.
At least I do until they come in from the rain, and Nutmeg refuses to give back the towel so I can dry Cinnamon off, too.

I realized today (again) that mentoring is so worth it. I appreciate every mentee I've ever had because I've learned something new from each and every one. I only hope that they also got to learn something new. 🥰
