Innovation without the buzzwords. Just bold insights, fresh blog drops & real talk worth following.
AI doesn’t make leaders better—it amplifies who you are.
It handles routine work and exposes outdated leadership styles.

You don’t use AI to master AI.
You use it to get better at being human.

Like driving your kid somewhere — the car is a tool, not your identity.

AI is the same. You don’t need to know the mechanics, only what it unlocks: time, clarity, better choices.

The job matters more than the hype.

Most founders start with “Can we build it?” — feasibility. The most expensive risk. The wrong order. Learn desirability and viability first, or you’re running the costliest, dumbest experiment in innovation.

If I had to explain why many innovations fail to an 8-year-old: teams try to “make the best toy ever,” adding wheels, lights, buttons. But what are kids really trying to do? Have fun, play with friends, show off, learn, feel brave. Watch them play and solve that job, not just the toy.
