I waited over an hour on the phone to the Adult ADHD service to be told that some people can wait up to TEN YEARS for an assessment. TEN FUCKING YEARS. What the frig are they playing at? My acknowledgment letter isn’t even dated so I don’t even know when I was added. 🤯
