I'm a veterinarian. If Rudolph the Reindeer was real, his red nose would be a concern. It could either be a chronic infection with inflammation, a cutaneous haemangioma, hyperaemia, or a recent frostbite injury. If Santa was a decent human, he'd take Rudolph to the vet.
