Not going to lie, this is feels worse than the whole ordeal with Jeff. Everyone wants Ballard fired but we could have a worse GM than Ballard. I am curious how this offseason plays out. If they keep Ballard, it will probably be the last year. Will he go all in or do the same old shit. #colts

If Ballard is let go, these are a few names I would want to come in. Morocco Brown(Yes he’s in the FO, but he is a good talent evaluator and won’t have the same philosophy as Ballard) George Kokinis, Jake Rosenberg, and Ray Agnew to start with. #colts #fortheshoe #nfl

As much as I respect Ballard as an evaluator, I don’t think his roster building philosophy is in line with how to win in the NFL. 8 years of mediocrity will eventually come to an end.
