We are the arm of the climate movement rebelling against climate breakdown and Extinction of species. Welcome to the rebellion

In a powerful effort to restore our environment, we joined forces with the UTGSU to plant mangroves. Beyond protecting coastlines and nurturing aquatic animals, these remarkable trees are a natural defence against climate change, trapping carbon and building a more resilient ecosystem.
This morning, Extinction Rebellion Cape Town Red Rebel Brigade protested outside the African Energy Week conference taking place in Cape Town to highlight the
complicity of the fossil fuel industry in the climate crisis.

This summer, we're partnering with the University of The Gambia Students' Union to plant trees at the new university campus.
Trees are crucial in the fight against climate change. They also provide food for people and create vital habitats for birds and other animals.

Climate disaster will intensify if there is no concrete step to curb emissions. The poor and the vulnerable will continue bearing the brunt of the climate crisis.

As the climate crisis intensifies with landslides in Sudan and India. Floods in Pakistan and Earthquake in Afghanistan, XR groups are sounding the alarm on the climate and ecological crisis.

We disrupted live Fox Weather broadcast, declares "Fox Lies – Rebel or Die" in Midtown Manhattan. Opening umbrellas painted with "FOX LIES" and "REBEL OR DIE," activists called out Fox News and Fox Weather for misleading the public about the climate emergency!

This is an existential threat affecting millions of people especially in Africa.
#ClimateChange is increasing intensity & frequency of #ExtremeWeather. In Malawi, 950k people have been displaced by cyclones since 2019. And w/o a major drop in burning fossil fuels, 86m people in sub-Saharan Africa could be displaced by climate breakdown by 2050

Landslide killed more than 1000 people in Sudan. This is why we keep raising the alarm about the climate and ecological crisis because it is the poor and vulnerable people who are mostly affected. Sudan has been ravaged with war and now a landslide.
