Not quite sure yet; let’s just see how it goes😁
Talking to M about needing to get my Barbour waxed and she said that I ought to be able to take it into a Barbour shop and Oxford must have one - I said surely they must have 4 - not even a snigger !! I’m wasted on this audience !!

Unpopular opinion : people who complain about “inconsistency” in rugby refs ought to be banned from talking about rugby. Ref’s are human; you will never get total consistency; most laws require interpretation; laws are applied to each situation and every one of those is slightly different. Go away!

My wife, who doesn’t do politics, but did used to do teaching Primary, was shocked at the behaviour of Trump & Vance; can’t understand why Trump is allowed to get away with this without being challenged or stopped nor why Americans would continue to support the toxic childish narcissistic bully 😳

Great comment on local radio when driving to Hampshire yesterday “it’s impossible to speculate without all the facts” 🤣

Every time I hear Flower of Scotland I think “mate, get over it, it was over 700 years ago, too soon? Really?” 😆

First time to Bletchley Park yesterday - superb day and loads more there than I expected; it’s been the usual “it’s so near we can always do that next week” so taken years to get round to going and wish I’d not waited so long

Anyone else not prepared to trust that Tango Gibbon can make a deal that’s worth consideration and he’ll just try to bully everyone into the shit he creates before oozing away to ruin somebody else’s life?

Trump does not respect bootlickers like Nigel Farage . Standing up to Trump is the only way to make a deal with him.

Seriously, who cares? Why is he so delusional as to believe people will care, other than the small vocal minority on social media for whom Trump, Musk, Farage et al are wonderful talented heroes rather than the narcissistic, bullies that they are in reality?

It's been a long time since Private Eye's satire has made me audibly wince, but this is so to the point if it were a knife people would demand it be banned.

At what point are we going to admit that Thame Water, and indeed water privatisation where there can be no effective competition, is a failed experiment?
Thames Water is to appeal to the UK’s competition regulator to be allowed to raise customers’ bills over the next five years even more than the 35% increase OFWAT agreed last October. www.theguardian.com/business/202...

After 11 years service as a stable cat it looks as though Oscar has decided to retire. Turned up at the house yesterday in daughter’s car and, unlike when we had him at home to recover from an accident, shows no desire to leave this time
