My work showed 'illegal' has been the strongest collocate of 'immigrants' in the Times newspaper since the 1970s

Prior to that, the words most associated with 'immigrants' were:
60s: Commonwealth
50s: coloured
40s: illegal
30s: Jewish
20s: British
10s: Canada

In our new paper on the intimidation of unhealthy commodity industry researchers and advocates we categorised the types of intimidation experienced.

Understanding the scale and impact of such intimidation helps those affected to pre-empt and respond.
