I think this kind of plays into SJ's character in a way because he's a walking spanner in the works at all times. I'm not sure what it does for Hangman or Swerve, but this story isn't over. #AEW #WrestleSky 🤼♂️
Valid. The story with MJF was good. The match with Kyle Fletcher was great. The promo in arena Mexico was iconic but the Samoa Joe feud didn’t feel epic enough for a title change. I think if Hangman would have won and Swerve returns to set up a world end match where Swerve win would have been better
the last thing i’ll say about the hanger title discourse is i don’t think people are upset that he wasn’t champion for 3 years or mad because he should never lose. they just wanted a story while he was champion before the loss that was as compelling as the ones told when he’s chasing the title.

Alot of the older wwe/wcw/tna guys push for aew to "stop catering to the sickos and bring in new fans". In my opinion AEW has survived and thrived because they have a loyal fanbase they cater to. Push away the loyal fans and what do you have? Wcw 00 and tna post 2009. #Aew
