Been practising messing around with eye styles since I’m ill and good god I forgot how surprisingly tricky it is to draw anime style eyes 😅 like you’d think you also together some neat shapes voila but I can’t get the right vibe 😭 close with a white pupil but aughhhhh

I got a how to manga set with a sketch pad and pens and it has me feeling super nostalgic cause I got a how to manga book back when I was like 14/15 and just starting to learn to draw properly, I feel getting this one has come at a perfect time 🧡 also got some coloured pencils and some micro fines ✨

Struggling to think of ideas for the new vgen contest like I'm leaning towards a found family vibe but I'm not sure, so I'm gonna try and focus on settling on a style or at least experiment a little, if I manage to draw something this month for the challenge then that's a bonus

Ohhh deadline for Septembers vgen contest is in like less than 4 hours I think I’ll have to pass this month and hope my brain cooperates for Octobers 😭 doesn’t help I got a throat cold that then shifted into a chest infection but oh well
