New ADHD symptom unlocked: realizing if I overdo it completing things I have to do (as an adult), I won't have the motivation to do things I want to do (like paint). I've started two paintings and have an ongoing photography project for the summer & I can't make myself do any of it.

Ways I incorporate my craft into my daily life:
1. Spend some time with myself doing an activity, finishing it is not the point.
2. Be outside. Even if it's only for ten or fifteen minutes. No shoes.
3. Leave a piece of fruit or veg outside for wild animals (we have lots of birds and rabbits)
