Hi, I’m a novelist, a writer of non fiction with an interest in the ways we relate to the natural world, short story writer and sometimes journalist.

An afternoon spent on the north coast cliffs in an attempt to flood the zone with sea. Spent the last few minutes of light in the presence of a humpback whale and some gorgeous seals, gannets, fulmars, cormorants and gulls.
