i want to share my little balcony project, still a wip but i'm quite happy with how it's turning out!!
pic 1: starting point
pic 2: first attempt at building a sitting area with small pallets as the base
pic 3: current setup!! most importantly, a cozy corner to chill at and draw

balcony with just two old uncomfy chairs and a small table i didn't have space anywhere else, plus princess mona observing her kingdom below from her bed getting there!! added some curtains for aesthetic but also to block the sun, pallets arranged in L shape, chair-ish thing on the shorter side, a small table area in the corner and larger sitting area on the longer side with mona's bed at the end. also put up some cute string lights i forgot i had bought. still the same L-shape, but i moved the sitting area to start from the corner so it's more like a divan now, i even managed to build a small backrest. a small table at the other end and mona's bed still at the same spot next to it. the shorter side became a table setup with several levels, the upper part can be flipped on its side to be used as a small shelf. very chill very comfy very inviting. there was even enough room on the table for a tiny loudspeaker so i can play wm on repeat for all neighbours to enjoy
