I have a reading nook and no tv up in the barren sunless lands of Seattle. I love it here. The sun and I do not get along.

Hell yeah. Hold the line. This is what we need people to do.

Slow things down, don’t comply in advance so the courts have time to stop them. It’s starting to work.
Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

I am really frustrated that the press is discussing the destruction of USAID as something that has happened rather than an illegal action that will likely be undone in two weeks when courts tell the world that it was illegal.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve had getting of my ppi on the list for the past year. While the evidence in that paper isn’t super strong, it’s one more thing to remind me to go through the process

It’s so frustrating. The most recent conflict I had (between a psych med and a headache med) was caught by me after I felt awful for days not understanding why I kept getting worse. At least my Dr apologized to me for not catching it. But still…

I lost the battle with myself and got a Arturia Minifreak. Trying to write my own synth in C++ on an ESP32 was getting old. It’s been decades since I wrote a song, looking forward to working with something newer than an 8 track ADAT machine

Wait, are you running the 3D printer completely off solar? For some reason I thought you had some grid power

I couldn’t tolerate Nerivio. Hurt and didn’t do much, if anything. I have found Cefaly works much better for me. Noticeable improvement in acute mode.

I’ve used Nerivio, Cefaly, and Relivion. Both the Relivion and Cefaly were great for acute treatment. The Nerivio didn’t help me (I have fibro that’s particularly bad in my arms, so…). In terms of preventative, too hard to tell. Cefaly has real experiments that have been run, Relivion not yet

The headache clinic I go to you can’t call directly. You have to call the general scheduling line, but they aren’t allowed to schedule the headache clinic. All they can do is write a message and forward it to them. Maybe you’ll get a call back. Maybe

I’m with you on waiting for the actual data. A press release summary of 10 patients in the -CM trial is better than a complete fail. So there’s that. But I’m really hesitant on it due to implants from startups getting abandoned when the mfr folds. So the data has to be really good.

I love the mad scientist vibe when I bring up a new board I’ve designed. This is part of a brain sculpture I’m working on, it’s a 5 channel constant current LED driver with a Teensy 4.0 on it

I remember walking into a Target, seeing a bunch of locked up sundries, and walking back out again. I don't like being told I can't be trusted.
Seems like people wanna talk about all the locked-up stuff at chain pharmacies and big box stores today. Here’s a gift link to a feature I published a few months ago about why retailers started putting so much stuff behind plexiglass and how badly it’s backfired. www.bloomberg.com/news/feature...
Retailers Locked Up Their Products—and Broke Shopping in America
CVS, Target and other chains have barricaded everything from toiletries to cleaning supplies. It’s backfired in almost every way.

Since citizen united (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen...) spending money is considered free speech and covered by the first amendment. Therefore the act to not spend money (and not speak) therefore would also be protected. IANAL but that’s how I read it.

Boycotts are speech. This is lawfare to bleed companies dry if they don’t bend the knee to oligarch businesses.
