When I was a teenager, I could and did watch tv, listen to music, & talk on the phone while doing my homework or reading a book. I miss that. No wonder life feels like it goes faster as you age. When you can only do one thing at a time & often rest between those things, you can’t accomplish as much.

I think I finally understand the people that used to hate on the Harry Potter Everywhere (before it was broadly known that Rowling is horrible), because I’m feeling the same about Wicked. I don’t talk about it because I don’t want to yuck other people’s yum, but I’m getting it now.

Was super tired last night and had a plumber coming today. So OF COURSE my brain decided that last night was the perfect time to start processing childhood trauma. 👍

Noticing a lot of details in Halloweentown that I missed in previous watches. Like, when the kids arrive in Halloweentown, Sophie says “it’s the bad thing.” Even though she’s not referring to a person, the bad guy is in the next shot.

Just checked my journal to see what was going on around the new moon in Aries, given the full moon in Aries tomorrow. I opened the bag of frozen spicy Buldak dumplings. I finished that bag this week. 😂

Feeling very agitated. Been trying to sleep for 45 minutes, but having multiple arguments and presentations playing out in my head. I finished my book earlier today, so I THOUGHT I’d be able to sleep at a reasonable time, but nooooo.

Just realized that I enter my 8th house profection month the day after the next eclipse. I don’t know if I like this. (I am cautiously hopeful about my next profection year? Venus ruled.)

I had the choice of a work meeting between the 26th with Venus trine Saturn and Neptune during a Sun hour, and the 27th with Venus opposing Pluto during a moon hour. I picked the 26th.

I just wasted 45 minutes instead of going to bed because ✨ anxiety ✨, and just as I closed my laptop and looked up, my nightlight turned itself on. It is not a sensor light, and dawn is, in fact, beginning to break. I… don’t like this.

Apparently I walked around all day wearing my shorts backwards. BACKWARDS. At one point I thought it was strange that my pockets seemed too close to the middle, but that was my only indicator. Thank god I wear long shirts so it’s unlikely anyone noticed. It wasn’t even uncomfortable?

I just filed the form to terminate my LLC. I formed it during a break in the horrors, which promptly resumed and drained me of the time and energy I needed to market myself.

Also, I’m so out of it, I thought the full moon was yesterday, and tonight I kept looking up and being surprised that it still looked so full. 😂

The story of today is, a series of unfortunate events that managed to be rectified within a half hour of each occurrence (with the exception of my sinus headache). All things that could have been real issues had we not noticed them almost immediately.

Late night, trying to get to bed, suddenly my water flosser turns itself on. Creepy. Did it 3x. Moved it out to the kitchen so that I (hopefully) won’t hear it. Tried pressing the on button and nothing.

Full moon in Capricorn today (it doesn’t become yesterday until I go to bed!), made me think about my natal Capricorn moon. I was a late baby, so I started wondering how my life would be different if I had been born a Sagittarius Moon. But then I remembered that, as a 0° Sag sun, I’d be a Scorpio.

Heh. We ended up making a nearly-unplanned trip to Walt Disney World, and I did make an exception. This was not an impulse buy.
