For context, I joined late 2019 and dealt with Casual mode’s BS for years and always thought me or my team was shit. It was always the fundamentally broken matchmaking system we had for a decade.

Even though I wasn’t around in TF2 during the implementation of Quickplay and its removal, it is a lot better than Casual mode.

Just getting rid of Casual and replacing it with Quickplay is the way to go.
