Lucy Letby was banned from talking to her colleagues after being redeployed off the unit she loved working on. The reason the consultants got funding for more staff is because the care they were providing was substandard. But ofc let’s blame a nurse.

Thinking mutual abuse exists shows a fundamental misunderstanding of what abuse even is, in the first place. There can't be abuse without a power imbalance, and you can't change victim and perpetrator like a seesaw. The roles are fixed. The powerless cannot abuse the powerful.

Lucy Letby was found guilty for the death of Baby A. There was no evidence of an air embolism on the PM and Dr. Evans decided that was the cause of death because there was no other reason. Maybe having inexperienced doctors insert IV lines had something to do with it.
