Can the US make huge amounts of revenue off of tariffs while also bringing the manufacturing industry and jobs back?

@natebowling.com and @withdra.com explain in this exceptional article.
The tariffs are by no means the worst thing happening right now but they are indicative of the the threat we face from an unchecked executive.
