More Cord-Cutting advice:
- You can't cut a cord while sharing custody of a child, animal, business, property, etc. Those are all literal ties that bind.

Continually annoyed by people who chastise small business owners (esp those that are minorities or part of niche groups) for participating in capitalism. 😤 Like, how exactly are you paying your rent without participating in capitalism? 🙄 Small businesses aren't the problem here.

Kendra keeps making fun of me because there is a customer I keep referring to as "the kid" when he is probably not more than a decade younger than me and has an officer job. 🤷♀️ He has such high schooler energy tho 😅

boycotts are good when you're trying to make an economic point. But not for one day. And one size does not fit all - some people can't do a full boycott for logistical reasons, like finance or disability.

Kendra and I were able to see the current National Theatre rendition of The Importance of Being Earnest via Cineplex tonight, and honestly I think Wilde would have *loved* this rendition. This is Kendra's favourite play, and this is now her favourite performance of it 🥰

Cleaned out my fridge, and went from 95% full to 30% full. Uncovered some super old homemade vanilla extract that is super potent now, and a 5yo bottle of homebrewed strawberry wine with absolutely no sweetness left. 😅

In Peterborough, Ontario 🇨🇦 we smell the baking oat products coming from our huge old downtown Quaker Plant every day. We have had family & friends that worked there in the past and some that still do. It may be owned by Pepsico, but it is one of the few well-paid(with benefits) jobs available here.
