We’re at a celebration of life for my cousin today and I am so sick of seeing my family like this. Since 2020 we have lost 3 great aunts and 3 of my mom’s generation, all under age 60. I’m over it.

I have been having back spasms over the last 4 days and they are absolutely debilitating. Once I’m walking I’m okay-ish, but trying to stand up is excruciating and I have physically fallen over screaming more than once.
