This is seriously insane. Everyone involved all the way up the chain need to go to prison for life for crimes against humanity.
He said that the agents would throw food at them to eat. The agents threatened to withhold food for a week and to beat him up if he didn't sign deportation papers. He said he saw others refuse and get beaten/receive no food. He signed because he was afraid.

This is bananas. Not only is it wildly unnecessary to terrify an Uber driver just doing her job, but the fact that they knew who it was that ordered the ride is insane. Their surveillance tech is dangerously sophisticated.
