I like that this video does in fact clear things up but is still coming off incredibly rude to this guys face making an incredibly bold and frankly rude statement like a dick. and hes saying this a year after Dark Souls!!!
Just because I'm tired of hearing this argument - he shouldn't have said this at all, but he did not say all Japanese games suck, he was asked in 2012 what he thought of *recent* (2012!) Japanese games, he said THOSE suck, the tech and UI is outdated, and how much better they used to be. See here:
