If you have lived long enough you will have encountered a guy who is a total braggart. Everything he says is meant to show you how much better he is than everyone else. You can't have a normal conversation with him because he turns every topic of discussion towards himself. I hate that guy.

I think it’s part of the culture war. It’s about conservatives planned end to constitutional democracy in America, to be replaced with a new ruling class. If you “buy groceries“ then you obviously aren’t part of the ruling class.
