I often like to appear indifferent to modern technology but I have to admit that a NAS and an iPad allowing me to watch Arthur C Clarke’s Mysterious World while having a bath is pretty neat.

Well, finally saw Superman tonight. Not really sure how I feel about it yet but it had some ok moments. Just wish I could see a superhero movie that didn’t end up in a big cgi fistfight. 6/10 for me.

For me the very definition of a guilty pleasure movie is The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I know it’s not great but somehow I find it eminently watchable.

Finally got around to watching Fantastic Four. As a Christmas Day afternoon movie it was ok but as a decent FF movie it was, for me, a 5/10 at best.

Oh Chris, I really believed you when you said you were done with Marvel. I even forgave you the Johnny Storm thing in that dreadful Deadpool movie, figuring that you did it as a favour and didn't really need the money. But here we are... again.

It had some moments but ultimately I found the Land Sea War thing a bit disappointing and definitely not as satisfying and enjoyable as the 1986 Telly Addicts Christmas Special I found on YT afterwards.
