Ten years @greenshaw has taught me that I have many failings, much to learn, and a couple of superpowers. 1. Openness to being influenced by others 2. Appointing BRILLIANT people. Good lord I love my job. Challenges? Sure - lots. Some tinged with deep sadness. But joy? Abound. Onwards.

My unbelievably positive experiences of the last 48 hours across our schools and the sector have been marred by experiencing a racist taxi driver in Swansea and a racist ‘immigrant critic’ at Birmingham New Street Station. It took three conversations with security in Birmingham for them to act. 😔
