Another good boy in the works
Lots of evolution in this construction! Dual petg and LW-PLA 3dprint for strength and weight in the perfect balance which worked really nicely. New systems for ears and eyes too and minor updates in other areas, such as a jaw stop to avoid scratching paint on the teeth.

wanted to share this Karlach facepaint test bcs ive struggled for years to get a decent facepaint result for these kind of cosplays and im super happy with these results plus it was quick to apply and remove! #cosplay #facepaint #bodypaint

New favorite led strip listing for cosplay props.
These are single color (good enough for 95% of cosplay props ngl) 5v usb, thin, easy to curve/bend, and high density at 120 leds per meter instead of the default 60 L/M.

Mini test piece: Creature cast rubber (neoprene rubber/synthetic latex) with a bit of thickener brushed into a raw 3dprinted PLA mold as a test for a fake chest for Karlach. Getting the rubber of a consistent thickness is the challenge, but the results look stunning and very promising

Using ao map as displacement texture and baked it into high poly model. When i can somehow get ahold of the right 3dmodels and textures, its a head start to a 3dprintable design
