Ive been working on updates for my wing frame, stronger lighter connections, an extra phalanx (finger) linkage and new actuators which are lighter and more nimble! Time to hook up the other wing

Inside the brown wolf mask. I used the adjustable band cut off a welders mask harness which i really liked! By twisting the knob you can adjust the tightness and the band can be rotated up out of the way

I tried some scales brushed in a 3dprinted mold but found the tear strength is pretty low in this scenario

this was basically my pattern lol
the arches were sewn in the hem by sewing 12 pieces of crinoline plastic boning from a roll so they were already curved

Looking forward to see it. Im just looking for a bit of a more natural transition to my own skintone which is tricky with any kind of bodypaint and drugstore makeup doesn't get there enough. I blended in some grey powder bodypaint for this one but wasnt quite what i wanted

Getting ready for Dragoncon! Fran for Friday most likely.
First time i completely remade an old cosplay, this time in fully flexible foam 3dprint! I used @sirayatech TPU air which has a very similar result to eva foam. So much more comfortable and the armor cannot break.

Gonna adjust the mount at a slight forward angle so you get more forward motion which is cool
