Super Mario World has an extremely eclectic art style whereby many enemies are drawn in completely different ways. Development files reveal Mario went through many stylistic changes; it is possible that all the enemies were made to fit Mario, but at different points in time.

Ok, BUT the zombie genre does it because it's ashamed of the genre, while the mecha genre does it because it's bursting with ideas.
You can tell because zombies are called like walkers or zeds, while the mechs are called things like Mobile Suits, Veritech Fighters, Armored Cores, or BattleMechs.

It's so disheartening to see my other art students so blatantly using AI instead of putting the effort in to earn their own merits.
I'm no snob, but it really undermines the whole point of having discussion in class and kills any interest I have in their projects.
