Some days, it's just like this: Pockets of peace of mind, disturbed and battered by the obnoxious, the righteously ignorant, the insecure, the manipulators, etc.

Too many damaged, wounded, and traumatized folks are running around throwing spirituality around like a spear. Get therapy and heal yourself. Spiritual connections between all beings are not a tool for your revenge. How much pain are YOU inflicting on others in all your righteousness?

Spending the weekends at home for a while. I need more reflection time on where I'm going and how much energy I'm giving to work, friends, online platforms, and myself. These are intense and crazy days. Time to check my 'why' against 'what' I do and make sure I'm doing what's best for ME.
