I run a #ttrpg convention in Sheffield UK called LongCon. We play weekend mini campaigns from 10am Saturday to about 6pm Sunday. There is something amazing about 'all weekenders' and this convention is here for you to experience it! Registration for 2025 will open during Xmas week.

My experiment with paid GMing didn’t go well.
I started to feel unpleasantly guilty about it.
If I charged the minimum StartPlaying allowed, I’d recoup my costs in the very first game. While I didn’t mind covering expenses, the idea of making pure profit on the other three games bothered me.
