Ultimately though, #NUFC haven’t progressed in three years.
Of course we won a trophy, which is amazing.
But it does feel like we are stood still. And that won’t attract top talent, and certainly won’t help keep it.
A lack of investment this month given how we’ve been playing is crazy.

I do think we will lose players like Tonali, Tino, and Hall if we don’t get Champions League this year.
But I doubt it’s abnormal that agents offer their players around to clubs, with or without their consent.

Biggest disappointment of the day was being behind, and the subs at 60mins being like for like changes. Felt like we should have gone with Wolte behind Wissa like we did in the FA Cup.

We know it takes wingers some time to play in EH’s system. And he’s shown improvement in last weeks.
Also, dropping Gordon might be the kick up the arse he needs. Nobody should be a guaranteed start if out of form.
