I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

The tariffs will be out before the end of the month. I hope Canada, Mexico, the EU eventually when they're targeted, etc, call his bluff. The US has a trade deficit with those countries. They have all the leverage. Don't let the orange moron win. Put him in his place.

I've never wanted an EV but I might buy a BYD car out of spite. This is what decades of "green energy is too radical" has wrought. Congrats to the free market, which got trounced by state investment. Congrats to Elon's stupidi ty. Congrats to the GOP and the baby boomers and oil bootlickers.
