What sitting in the NICU is like. Little man mostly sleeps between feedings but the hospital Wi-Fi is....hospital Wi-Fi....so I just sorta watch quietly on low bit rate while holding my little guy and listening to the nurses

Alright, this may find an audience, might not, but I'm gonna give it all I got

First up is a simple pickling brine:
I use 16oz mason jars for this and store them in the vegetable crisper in the fridge. You wanna start with a 1 to 1 ratio of distilled white vinegar and water
