It happens to be military law that members are required to "not obey" unlawful orders. The swearing-in oath had been changed after the My Lai massacre by Lt. Calley. It now reads: I will "obey the LAWFUL orders of" those appointed above me. What's lawful? Shoot 'em "in the legs or something" is NOT!

After all this Gerrymandering, what happens when the next president wins the Electoral College by 10 votes while the loser wins the popular vote by 10 million? Hillary won that vote by 3 million. Ten million seems like a ceiling that will collapse into rioting dissent.

The criminal activities by ICE agents in U.S. cities (brutality, no warrants, false arrests) that make U.S. citizens afraid for their lives makes ICE by definition terrorist organization.

Trump has started his war on the world (including the USA). No draft of Gen-Zers. All ICE-like mercenaries, and missiles and drones. We can have a government that will put a stop to all this in '26 if we really want it.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly granted Trump’s requests to pause lower court injunctions. These lower court rulings were stopping abuse of the law and actual criminal activities of the Trump admin. Justice delayed is justice denied.

GOP delays duly elected Dem Rep's Swearing in for seven weeks. This was never envisioned in the Constitution.

Dems "caved" and took their name off of "shutdown." The healthcare cost was not debated or fixed. That's an issue that should be on the ballot in '26 after the GOP refuses to vote on it or give in in Dec, as promised. Failed debate or no debate means GOP owns the premium inflation in '26. The presidential pardon was meant to correct travesties of justice that have already happened and failed to be rectified by our "illustrious" court system. This new stuff started with (if not earlier) Ford pardoning Nixon for anything he did that wasn't even charged.

If overseas military personnel mail in votes posted on or before election day arrive in their stateside voting district more than the three or five days allowed, no GOP official would declare all those votes invalid. Every vote cast by election day in the official process MUST be counted.

Trump has deported his opponents. The next non-GOP president needs to "de-pardon" Trumps pardons by executive order. We now know how to work that aspect of the presidency.

Our vote is the only "balance" we have left in this system. Were we of a mind, we could change out the WHOLE House of Reps in 2026, along with 35 or so Senators. We failed ourselves in '24 when too many of us voted for the flim-flam man with the lollipop while too many of us failed to vote at all.
