FYI - Rights Aotearoa and I are making the *most* rigourous efforts to obtain the human rights analysis of the pay equity amendment 2025 legislation from the Cabinet Paper - it's currently completely redacted.
I can't talk about the nature of those efforts, but they are EXCEEDINGLY VIGOROUS.

I don't know if anyone has been on X lately, but it is a swamp of local cookers, neolibs, and out and out racists. It's almost unbearable and makes me sad for our country. Where has empathy gone, and, dare I say it, kindness?
