I have found BlueSky to be refreshing. Some would criticize it as a democratic silo. But it is in this that I find healing. I get to read like minded folks without being interrupted by inane stupid retorts. I need this space for now while I heal in my disappointment of humankind.
I am having a hard time supporting nepo democrats for office. We have Beau Bayh in Indiana, Christine Pelsosi, and others. How can we reform the party electing establishment nepo-candidates? Those times have passed. We need driven, passionate candidates committed to change and reformation

It was not until I saw the Kerr County Council refuse money for flood mitigation and warning that I realized the extent of hate by MAGA brainwashed government officials spouting insane conspiracy theories to deny receiving tax dollars meant for these kinds of projects because it was communist money.

I really am not sure I can support the Democratic Party anymore. I certainly don’t support MAGA. But I feel the DNC needs to reorganize. At the State Level and at the National levels. Level. I feel there are too many comfortable democrats, traditional democrats, the time has come when the party..
