Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

So, the Tory manifesto did not include an inquiry into grooming gangs and the Tories ignored ALL recommendations from the 2022 report, but they attack Starmer for smearing “those concerned” as “far right”. Which he didn’t.
They’re just the most repulsive bunch of arseholes.
And far right apologists.

Whilst reform of the HoL’s is a Labour objective in the long term, it’s heartening to see Labour appointments of leaders in their field who will voice their opinions in the Lords, indeed they will insist on voice. The best the Tories could do was Toby Young, oh deary me. 🙄

The right decision. MPs will now have the opportunity to discuss their concerns about the bill at committee stage and will hopefully amend it so more MPs can support it.
Great to see the debate taking place in a respectful manner, wish it was like this all the time.
