My job is management, only small potatoes, but even I know you spend money to hire people that know how to do their jobs well. What you might see as a speed improvement, I see as a testament to the artists skill and experience that they can clean up the fuckups before you notice them.

So for no reason in particular, concept to draft, for me. This is my OC Quin and Halsin, a character from Baldur's Gate 3, in winterwear. This isn't the final piece, but I thought it might be nice for people to see what concept actually means.
