My mom cooked a meal she hasn’t made in a long time and the smell of it in the house made me feel like I was Home for the first time in like 8 years. Perfectly reasonable to get weepy over a roast, I think.

I played the first mass effect like 87 years ago and I enjoyed it but not enough to find and buy the other two. Now I’m desperately trying to find a cheap copy of the legendary edition because, and ONLY because, I found out you can romance Garrus starting in the second game. LEMME AT THE ALIEN!!!!!

Deeply recommend getting absolutely brainrotted about a pairing/oc/concept that no one else is making food for so you have to cook for yourself. Not only is making what you want to see deeply rewarding, you will improve and it will not even be on purpose it will just be the inevitable byproduct.
Once again I will always recommend getting totally obsessed with something you want to see more of as motivation for getting good at creative stuff.
