Koh: I think what we are seeing is what the founding fathers feared the most, which is the collapse of our checks and balances. The Supreme court is supposed to be a co-equal branch of government. It's basically a mouthpiece for Donald Trump at this point.

The entire purpose of having a cabinet meeting is for the various cabinet secretaries to inform the president about what is going on. If the president is unconscious during this meeting then it completely defeats the reason to be there in the first place.
