Leadership is hard. Great leaders balance what is morally right with what needs to be done while attempting to give calm and peace.. ☮️ especially in crisis. It’s how I lead. Chaos feeds into mental health. This is why we are seeing the increase in violence. It’s in our faces. We need leaders. Now.
