A gold, 5-point star gem bag, based on the star gem from the Gem Heist battle mode game in Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble. It has thick gold string handles. The edges are made from Arteza metallic fabric and the sides are made from black fabric painted entirely in gold. Both sides it has an emerald green and ruby magenta plush star in the center, with 2/5 of it being emerald green and the other 3/5 of it being ruby magenta. The plush stars in the centers are made of Arteza metallic fabric. The bag also has 5 small gems on each side which are red, orange, yellow, green, and blue and are made from pipe cleaners. Easel is back!

So, I did make some changes to the cosplay. I painted silver lines near the edges of them. I also made the ascot more triangular by replacing the modified store-bought one with one that I made entirely by hand.

On a wall near the edge of a ceiling, Easel is painting a thick rainbow while falling at light speed using a giant teal paintbrush. Used Sharpie acrylic paint markers. All parts were glued together using Gorilla hot glue and I then hung the whole thing using Gorilla mounting tape squares and Gorilla mounting putty squares. A giant and thick vertical rainbow on an apricot wall. Substrate used was a piece of a brown paper bag. A giant teal paintbrush with yellow bristle with rainbow paint. Substrate used for the handle was a part of the cover from a SoHo Urban Artist bristol paper pad and SoHo Urban Artist bristol paper for the paint and the bristle. Easel is holding on to the handle of the giant teal paintbrush while screaming and falling. His hat flew off, so he is holding it on with his tail. Substrate used was SoHo Urban Artist bristol paper.

Time for some monkey madness today. I had been thinking about doing a Monkey Ball piece and then everything came together when I also decided to also base it on Monkey Bone (that Brendan Fraser / Henry Selick movie.) A buncha early 2000s monkeys in one.
Monkey Bone invades a perfectly fine game of Super Monkey Ball in a strange land, as AiAi, YanYan and GonGon react to the intruder kicking the Baby to FALL OUT course.

I think that Palette and Easel closely resemble spider monkeys due to their great ability to control their long tails and them having pointed ears.

A large, Super Monkey Ball square plate that I painted on a in a pottery painting class at a mall way back in late 2021, just about a few weeks after Banana Mania came out. It features AiAi, MeeMee, Baby, GonGon, and YanYan on a slightly grayish blue background. AiAi is on the center, holding up his left fist. MeeMee is on the left with her right leg crossing over her left leg and blowing a kiss. Baby is on the top left, near the logo, holding both his hands up. GonGon is on the right, flexing and holding both his fists up. YanYan is on the top right, near the logo, holding both her hands up. There’s also a small missing piece on the bottom left next to MeeMee’s skirt.

Happy 1st Anniversary to Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble!

One of my favourite Monkey Ball games and my most played one. I had so many great memories with this game and it helped kickstart my IL speedrunning career.

Thank you RGG Studio for creating such a great game! Hope more people can play it!
