A lot of us have some form of PTSD from Trump, but it hit me today just how much I'm dealing with it. Avoidance, dissociation, feeling so anxious that it turns back to numb. Feeling incredibly unsafe all the time. I don't know what to do about it. But knowing that I'm not alone helps.
