Australia’s drug regulator has ordered supplements with high levels of vitamin B6 be removed from general sale following hundreds of reports of nerve damage and other side effects linked to longterm use.
From June 2027, any vitamin B6 product containing more than 50mg per recommended daily dose will be moved behind the pharmacy counter. The recommended dietary intake of vitamin B6 for a healthy adult is just 1.3–1.7mg per day. Continue reading...

I’m so upset to hear Eli Katoa won’t be available for 2026 season. I don’t watch rugby league anymore but saw the footage. It’s a disgrace and no one with an honest heart would defend the doctors that cleared him. 💯🤷♀️ I hope he sues the lights off the team responsible.
