On this day. January 14, 1985. Hüsker Dü released their “New Day Rising” LP.

Album cover featuring two dogs in shallow water at the edge of Cedar Lake in Minneapolis. In spite of the album name, the photo location would indicate that the sun was setting rather than rising in the actual photo.
