Really enjoyed this years Practitioners Forum. Learnt a lot, from membership engagement to accounting for co-ops. And was lovely to catch up with so many co-operators.

#TransportForLondon, you spent years & millions to redevelop #OldStreet station - was it really impossible to make it more accessible?! Only one lift-and it’s out of order. No option other than steps to get to the ticket hall. Surely in this day & age we should be designing accessible stations.
